I did it Oppo! I finally got rid of the noise my car was making! Two front wheel bearings, inner and out tie rods on both sides, and sway bar links on both sides later, the grinding/wobbling noise is finally gone! Now I just need to get an alignment and work on the idling problems.
So who does Oppo suggest for wheel alignments? I went to Firestone last time and they did a horrendous job. They even told me they couldn’t adjust the camber on the front wheels. (I get that there’s no “built-in” adjustment point but seriously just loosen the bolts that attach the steering knuckle to the lower control arm and move it a millimeter or two). Parents go to a local Goodyear shop. Does Oppo prefer one place over another?
(Pic semi-related. Same car and color but not lowered. Am considering stiffer springs that will lower it 1” though.)

Find a good local alignment shop not some big chain tire store.

Wait, this is possible? That’s horrifying.

Ah, I was going to say it’s probably making noises because it’s slammed as shit. But good to know that’s not yours. I support the 1” drop.

I believe that’s the only way to adjust it. There’s no threaded rod or anything like on the tie rods so I’m guessing the mechanics just said screw it and told me to get out there’s nothing we can do.

I second RamblinRover, find a local shop that specializes in it.
